Peninsula Bay Resort Condominiums is located on East Bay in Traverse City, Michigan. Northern Shores Vacation Rentals, LLC. offers these luxury waterfront condominiums exclusively. Currently, there are 6 suites on the rental program for summer 2008 and we hope to add additional sites this summer. Attention to detail and over all quality, Peninsula Bay Resort received tops-marks among the resorts along the East Bay shoreline. Peninsula Bay Resort was completed in January 2006. The exterior is rich with earth tone color schemes and real rock adorns the lobby and lower extremities of the condominium complex. Peninsula Bay's sidewalks are heated in the winter ensuring the walk ways are free of ice and snow. The main level lobby has a natural rock floor which is also heated lending to snow melt and evaporation leaving the setting warm and dry. The interior of Peninsula Bay Resort is also very rich with cherry pillars and trim-work throughout. The lobby off the main entrance is well lit with natural sunlight and enjoys a large gas fireplace with rock work that extends to the 2nd story ceiling above. The Resort's furniture is comfortable and makes for a nice meeting place. Peninsula Bay itself is comprised of 30 individually owned private condominiums. There are 6 condos per floor and there are 5 floors. Three suites per floor have direct views of East Grand Traverse Bay (Suite D,E, & F), and three suites have angled views (Suites A, B, & C). The original 15 completed condominium suites were completed the end of January, 2006. The remaining 15 were completed last summer 2007. Last summer saw an aggressive sales campaign and currently only 9 suites are available for sale.
